IF YOU COULD TURN BACK THE SUNDIAL…

…WOULD IT BE to a time when dropping into a rabbit hole was just that—

a twisting tumble into a bottomless burrow,

a spiralling spin down an endless earthen tunnel,

arms and legs flailing,
tossed and turned, head over heels,
tickled and scratched
by fine tendrils of ancient tree roots
poking from rich, brown soil until
the journey ends with a
THUD
in a curious and strange new world?

Wait a minute!
Where am I?
Who moved the pointer when I wasn’t paying attention?

Do you feel like you’ve slipped into an alternate time line lately?
Feel free to share your thoughts.

❤ And Thank you, Dear Reader, for stopping by ❤
