Here a Mo, there a Mo,
Everywhere a Mo, Mo.
If you write or are thinking of writing, November’s got the MO
that will invite the muse and ignite inspiration.
First, the mother of MOs.
The MO that started it all
– NaNoWriMo –
The write your novel in one month MO.
Then, what I like to think of as her offspring,
– PiBoIdMo –
and if fickle fairies and loquacious elephants don’t float your boat,
NaNonFiWriMo
might speak to the non-fiction writer in you
(seriously, you guys might want to think about getting in touch with the next group
to create a snappy logo)
Except that the NaNoDrawMo haven’t set anything up for 2015,
yet.
However, it ain’t over for at least another 30 days.
Or maybe Novenmber’s not the MO for you.
Either way,
I’m sure someone in the Kingdom of Blog will be inspired to set it up.
Ahh, such drama.
The perfect segue to
And of course, for my fellow bloggers
Not to mention, a few more MOs to watch out for:
ReviMo, ReFoReMo, and RhyPiBoMo
That should be enough to keep us all busy for the next month and beyond.
So now, I’m curious.
What’s your M-O?
Trying my hand at PiBoIdMo for the first time :-). Have fun drumming up ideas!

Sure you do, Torrie. Except for you, it’s every MO…Spread the Love Month. So might that be, SLoMo?

I have a tummy ache just thinking about it – oh MO! I am trying something on my very own just because I find November a difficult month in general so I’m writing one good (in my opinion) sentence a day and posting it to my Veronica Smock Twitter account. So that would be NonsenTwitMo. Or somethin’.

Now that’s a Mo I’d definitely follow if I tweeted. I guess I’ll just have to look forward to the day when you put it all together in one post. Happy NovMO!

Nooooooooo! It’s too terrifying to contemplate. Not this year anyway. I’ll be away most of November staying with a friend on the far side of the country. This is going to be one of those times when the East and West twain shall meet with joy and happiness 😀

LOL that’s brilliant, Donna – I love it! Actually it will be for the Final Edit of Josh Thomas — Litha Hunt Month. How does FinEdJoThoLiHuMo sound?

I’m a WriMo veteran, never a 50,000 word winner, but with two fully fleshed novels whose foundations were solidly built on NaNoWriMo soil.

Let me know when they bloom so I can spread the word. This year will be my 3rd attempt. I’m setting an intention of finishing, no matter what it looks like. Good luck to us all!

Donna, good luck with it, and don’t be discouraged, even if you don’t hit the 50,000 mark. Just use it as inspiration and keep going.
